The one thing that will ensure that a man will never become attracted to a woman is for her to say “Jesus is my man…” Now, before we begin a biblical exercise or some sort of philosophical argument, it should be clear that the intent of this article is not to dispute, deny, or claim the validity or origin of a religious beliefs or associative practices or beings. What does come into question are thos ewomen who use Jesus as a convenient place-holder in the context and sense of implicating a romantic relationship. Yes, this may sound rather perverse even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with believing, worshiping, and thanking him for our souls; however to marginalize him in such a way in the frame-work of a boyfriend takes things totally out of context.
The fundamental thing that a guy notices when a woman makes such a proclamation falls into three categories 1) detached from reality, 2) devoutly religious to a point that there is little room for anything or anyone else, 3) Jesus and or religion are used as a deflecting tool against the social perception of loneliness. In any case a man who encounters a woman with this disposition will rarely undertake the task of dating her unless there are three primary motivations such as a platonic friend, a challenge to go for sex at all cost, or to accept the situation and abide with the associated rules and practices that she may impose.
However, some women may casualize their dating status by using this term among other girlfriends, but if a guy hears it there is a good chance it will definitely be a serious turn-off. Socially, there remains difficulty combining religion an sex and this gap applies in many ways when it comes to men and women. Mary would never be called a hot Milf by a guy and Jezabel is not an appealing thought either. Therefore for guys romanticizing religious figures fall far out of the realm of being appealing.
The one problem that women who profess such a thing may face in the context of dating is inadvertently attracting guys referred to as “Crackers” (and that related to racial over-tones of the past”), but guys who deliberately prefer trying to bed religious women as a sense of power and domination. The modern day guys are a special breed and having jnown some of them, the practice is a methodical process. These individuals thrive off of new challenges and prefer those women that are considered self-righteous, pure and clean in their demeanor. The good thing is that there are not many of them on the dating scene, but this minority will do whatever it takes to bed the woman in a legal sense from abiding by the rules to participating in church-related activities. However, once the bedding has been accomplished many of them may choose to move on while others will ride out the opportunity until another viable type comes along.
These women are also great candidates to become beards for gay or bisexual men that want to remain int he closet and therefore may be content with being platonic. We see this in certain communities throughout the country. In short, there are some very good women who are devoted to religion an practice responsibly with sincerity, but seek men of the same conviction. These women are serious and committed. These women may indeed find that special guy using a more disciplined approach. However, there are those who play a game and as a result they may get played. Through it all, religion is not a joke.
